The hotel was clean and relaxing, had MARVELLOUS views of the mountains around Davos. The room was beautifully maintained and airy, had it's own balcony, a mini-bar, and coffee. The bathroom was beautiful, it was nice to have bathtubs. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a gallery-style museum. I ate in the gourmet restaurant nearby.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Davos for a few days and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at Waldhotel & Spa were incredibly friendly, helpful, and well-trained. From the office manager, Sabrina, to receptionist Katrin, and the cheerful shuttle driver Thomas, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. The hotel itself was in excellent condition and had recently been renovated. The pool and spa area were great for relaxation, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The complimentary bus service was a huge bonus, making it easy to get to the ski lifts and other locations. the hospitality and service at this hotel were top-notch.

We booked well-equipped and brand-new deluxe queen room with an amazing view looking over davos and could use wake-up service, available in it. Location: the hotel was close enough to Davos, the forest and spa, restaurant.

Had a very very good stay, the hotel is relaxing.

Also, location was amazing and stunning, within walking distance of Schatzalp. The place had an elegant atmosphere.

I absolutely loved the elegance and tasteful decoration throughout the hotel. The beautiful interior design, from the grand lobby to the cozy seating areas, made me feel like I was in a luxurious retreat. As a senior woman, I appreciate when hotels create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for older guests, and this hotel certainly did that. The overall accessibility of the hotel, with spacious hallways and elevators, made it easy for me to navigate without any difficulty.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is better assistance from the staff. Although the hotel had a lovely ambiance, I found that the children working there lacked the support and attentiveness that I would expect from a top-notch establishment.

We enjoyed our stay at Waldhotel immensely. We were upgraded to a lovely room with a beautiful view. The staff was couteous and extremely friendly. We opted for the half-board and the dinners were excellent and were able to accomodated my vegetarian daughter.

Beautiful setting with great views of the mountains. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the spa treatments and the massage was heavenly.

Price was too high for the limited select of treatments available at the spa. The room was smaller than expected and the décor was a bit dated.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing superb service from the moment I checked in until the day of departure. Special commendations go to Sabrina, the Office Manager, and Katrin at reception for their prompt and detailed responses to my queries. Thomas, the driver, was always full of energy, telling entertaining stories and making sure I felt like a valued guest. Cindy from the F&B team made sure my breakfasts were perfect, always bringing me fresh squeezed lemon juice. The whole hotel staff is truly amazing, with their small gestures making me feel special throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced services.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the hotel.We had driven all day and were tired, we arrived after the restaurant had closed but were offered food in the bar which was fantastic.We couldn't fault this hotel or its staff.

During our recent ski trip, we found a lovely hotel that exceeded our expectations. Located near the forest but close to the city center, the hotel offers free shuttle services down to the ski lifts and the bus stop is not far away. We stayed in a Spa Suite that was spacious, had a lovely balcony with stunning views, and a well-designed bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower. The hotel also has a wellness center, spa with pool, and a breakfast that was very nice.

One minor drawback was the lack of a proper double or queen-size bed, as we found two single beds joined together to be a double.
